The company is currently involved in residential developments throughout the United Kingdom, including London, Liverpool, Manchester, Newcastle, as well as Sydney & Melbourne in Australia.

Aptly is designed to support Residential apartment blocks and their Concierge teams, with an easy to use system to assist with the efficient management of their buildings. The Desktop Portal has a focus on the effective organisation of buildings, whilst the Mobile App connects Residents with the portal via push notifications.

Services offered include Parcel Monitoring, Contractor & Visitor Notifications, Live Chat between Residents and Concierge, Meter Readings, Safety Alerts, Emergency contact details and an Online Tracking Diary, are just a few of the features on offer. 

Built on a secure platform with due regard to GDPR and other legislative requirements. We focus heavily on the Concierge team, to assist with maintaining proactive and accurate records of all activities throughout the building and apartment for the leaseholders, tenants and property management team.
